How Do I Remove Thread Sumary?

I just recently converted my forums from phpBB2 to vBulletin. I noticed inside the "Moderator Notes / Thread Summary:" field box of the thread I get "Imported thread".

Is there anyway I can remove that as a mass excitable? Also the thread titles are blank. I have to edit the thread title and hit apply for it to show. Here are the examples.

Have you tried to disable it via usergroup settings?

I don't want to disable it. I just want to mass remove it from every thread. I really don't want to go threw every single thread and manually remove it.

Same with the thread titles. I don't want to go threw every single one and edit the title so it shows under the name as seen in the second picture.

You have any ideas?
