One more thing, If i backup forum from Admin CP then I have no problem with mysql data restore. But if i backup forum from phpmyadmin, then i get error from mysql data restore: "...._admins table already existed" . Any idea about this error ???

from phpmyadmin you need to select and DROP STATEMENT or DROP IF EXISTS i forgot what it is but something like that just make sure you check the box.
