How to add selection 2 language in register page ???

- I have many friends in many country, but my friends knows only one language, others is not. So, I want put new fieldset cho select (or choice) 2 Language (English and German) in Register Page Vbb 3.0.1 (i think put it before fieldset timeszone).

PS : I known VBulletin version 2.xx do it perfectly, but Vbulletin 3.0 is not.
