Help with vbulletin page outside of directory

I am trying to make my own portal but the path to images and links aren't correct.

2 reasons

1.) Style Manager -> Your style -> All style Options -> Image Paths -> complete URL's in all boxes.

For example:
images/misc should be http://www.yoursite.com/forums/images/misc (no trialing slash)

2.) Then make sure in your templates are using the image variables for the image URL. Example:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.

That solves the images but the links are still incorrect

You links have to be full as well. Instead of...

You need to have it like...

You must first be a registered member to view any code.

This only need to be done to the links that will be shown on the portal page. ;)
