Help my forum can open searching

Dear all.

I try to build new forum, the name DaunPlus - Dunia UnderGround Plus - Forum Indonesia.
But, this forum can open the searching?

Then I hidden the searching in pop up menu, because not work.

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.4:
