So "Welcome, Gayner"

Like a hyperlink so it goes to there profile, can u tell me how to do that in my skin template editing?

Is there anyway you can enable BB coding in a Profile field?

I know their is a mod released on this somewher,

but what I do is go into the navbar template, then find the phrase welcome_x and add an <a href="$vboptions[bburl]/members.php?u=$userid">welcome_x</a>
