Default Help with Impex

Rex told me to post here so here goes...

I've been trying to convert an IPB 2.1.6 board over to vB with zero luck, and evern worse, 0 useful support from vB.com.

Rather than type it all again, here's the thead:
http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=188141

If anyoen has experience with converting using impex from IPB, please offer me some help or suggestions. I've been down for 4 days now

You have to be more patient with them. It sounds like a pretty serious bug that the developer has to deal with and he could be on holiday.

I have converted several boards form IPB though so if you set me up with impex control on your website i should be able to get it working.

you'd be suprised... i've seen a bunch of 12-14 year olds doing stuff now-a-days.

i'm at the office right now and don't have access to my site files (it's 100% kaput right now) so i won't be able to give you anything until later on.

They usually take up to 24 hours to answer. I noticed that they said this is unlike other problems they've seen. It seems strange to me as well. It does sound like you ran the script twice though or maybe went back in your browser and clicked something again.
