i didn't have it enabled at the begining that each user that registers will be notified with an email when he's getting a private message....

how i can enable all the email recieving after they get a PM of all usergroups?

It's not a usergroup setting, yet a vboptions setting.

i know that those are registration options.. but i need to enable it to all already registered users... how i do it?
