Help about Installing

I use a free host and when I installing vbulletin it's says

You must first be a registered member to view any code.

anybody know how to fix it

Problem can exist because of:
1.) ...your config file, check it for blank lines spaces added by e.g. notepad at the end of the file. You should remove them.
2.) ...you have set some data before "header();" example:

3.) ...some cookie problem. example:
http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=234081
