HI Im new here and i need help look i have a free hosting that has phpbb and phpbb is a... i wanna change it to vBulletin but i dont know how could someone help me this is my page coolsoft.gurubb.com without www.

You can't install it there. You need a proper host.

I just saw the other day where this one hosts has hosting for only 10.00 a year. I could find their name for you if that would help. You could also use a free host but you might run into the same issues as with your current host.
