Go to your "vBulletin Options" then from the dropdown select "Style & Language Settings" then change this "Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template" to yes....

You have to edit that template and add it...

It was posted in the Touchingvirus' FXP hack, but I'll repost it here:
find in the Legacy_postbit template this line:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.

above that, add the lines you need. For TV's hack I looks like this then:
