Default Help!

After reading this post:
http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=116155

i need to know what to change to get 1 box instead of 2 which is what it's currently set at to and how to get 2 radio buttons instead of 1 checkbox per option. plus when you select yes it changes the value of the cell in the table to 0 and when you choose no it changes it to 1.

Regards,
Nick.

Well, by default 'yes' is 1 and 'no' is 0, so you might want to make a little change in the hack which you want to apply this to.

I'm not sure what you mean by the other question: what exactly do you want to display and what exactly does it display now?

yeah sorry i was a bit unclear....

look at the attached file for a screen shot...

i need it so when you save at the value 0 (no) it writes to the database in the same code you gave me for the sig toggle:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
but of course you need to change the if's and that kind of thing....
NOTE: The column is called 'mybitoptionsfield' but it's in the same table....

The xml i have compiled is also attached.... you then just add the the code to to the template as instructed in the tutorial....

Note: upload the contents of UPLOAD to forum root and import the xml product...

File Type: zip bitfields attempt.zip (1.7 KB, 0 views)

I'm not sure whether or not that is possible. I think you'll need to recode the whole thing, and include the whole bit thingy in your conditionals.

No, I mean recode your own hack to use the code Psionic Vision.

Also, you don't need to change the code to a yesno button. Simply say if its flagged that sigs are hidden, if not they show up.

It does, it changes that bitfield. Now all you have to do is use the bitfield variable instead of the sig one ;).
