Hey everyone, sorry, but I have vbulletin 3.5 and I have no idea how to change it to make it custom. What I mean by this is I dont know how to change the banner or the colors, or how to add new things to it, im a complete noob when it comes to this stuff. I have no idea how to do php, im decent at html. If anyone can help me, or if anyone is willing to offer their time that would be great, maybe there is something we can work out.
