ive got little problem with the size of the board... i did it 95% but only the header is now 95% the forum are 100% and its sucks...

its to do with your modification. The welcome panel I think its called. Where ever that is you need to edit the template I dunno which template it is because i dont use the hack. Youll prolly find it has too many </table> remove one of those and it will fix it.
