Default Giving permissions to certain usergroups on custom page

Hi I've followed this tutorial to create various pages:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.

I was woundering how I could make it so only certain groups can access the page? I'm not a coder so this task is proving difficult.

This should work:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
don't forget to change the 1,2,3 to the usergroups you want to use. You can add as many as you like, just don't forget to separate them with a comma.

Yes, like that .

What you could also do is adding this where the conditional is now:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
So it'll look like:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
