I've been reading into lots of different things and various articles here and on vb.org (both very helpful) but I was curious how would I get started? Like I was looking into created a hack thats controlled by its own admincp pages (not on the vb options menu) and I found the display and things pretty simple but I need to know where to start on hacks do you start on the functions? the member using .php files? I would also like some help with the MYSQL parts of it, like creating new tables and things for the info to into.

Sorry I suck at explaining things, I probably confused ya all LOL

Well, They all do not have to be the same. Say you see 1 product how you want your acp to be like, then look at that, etc. some great tutorials on vborg for beginners.
