Forum view - make a rating row

I like to know how i make a new row for my ratings inside the forums.

An example:

I marked the new line, what i want, like in this skin:

How I do this?

This should be hard to do...

If i am right, it is only a Template Modification...

I guess you have to edit the "FORUMDISPLAY" Template...

I'll look that after later...
