Hey i'm new to vbulletin and I wanted to ask you. How do I make the forums tottaly seperate, I have some examples at the bottom of how I want them seperated. Is there a code I have to enter or plugin? Please Help Me!!

This is builtin into the vbulletin system, no plugin required.

login into admincp -> forum and moderators -> forum manager

to seperate forums you'll need to place the forums, each under it's own category.
So creating new forum and selecting "Act as Forum" to "NO" will create it as "category".
Only thing left after is to edit each forum, and select the "Parent Forum" under each forum to the category you've just created.

I have a new problem, when I do your step it makes my background spaced. How do I fix this

sounds wierd, should work.

make sure each forum set to parent of category and dont place category inside another category.

in given layout like this example:
cat1
--> forum 1
--> forum2

cat2
-->forum3
-->forum4


forum1 + 2 has parent of cat1 (for them "act as Forum" must be YES)
cat1 has "act as forum" set to NO
forum3 + 4 has parent of cat2 (for them "act as Forum" must be YES)
cat2 has "act as forum" set to NO

If the above still fails, perhaps it's skin problem (invalid or not matching your vbulletin version), see if this still happens on default skin to eliminate that as possible cause.

I've tried that but it didn't work. The only problem is after I put the new forum my bottom sections becomes spaces out, from the who's online bar to the end. Visit my site www.risro.com/forums to see the whats happening

have you tried using default skin as i suggested ?
Also are you sure the parent-child relaions settings is set correctly under admincp as advised above ?
