Help!

I've included a new drop down menu within my forum home template.

Each drop down links to streaming radio or tv. I would like guests to view the options, but I would like to block them from accessing the links when they click on the go button. Any ideas how I would achieve this? The html for each option looks like this -

My idea would be to add an if condition to your < input type="button" > Line.

That way if it's a guest they will not see te button.
