Default force users to display age and date of birth

Ive noticed a small glitch with having the age and DOB set as a required field ..... the PRIVACY settings sort of defeats it

I require users to enter there birthday so there age will display in the postbit ... many reasons for this, mostly to protect the youngins from offensive content or what have you.

Well when they register or edit their profile they can change there privacy settings to hide this info (the DOB isnt displayed in the postbit, only the age)
is there a way to either remove this box from profile, so the user cannot change it to hide age, or a way to force them to display it?

Too easy, just clean it up! In 2 templates:
1. Registration
2. Modify profile
Just clean up the option you don't want your user chose. They can nerver take them )

Sorry, after considering it carefully, I found that they are these 2 templates you need edit:
1. In modifyprofile_birthday
Find:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Replace:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
2. Sorry again, I tried so much but hasn't found how to hide the option "Hide age" in register template :p Maybe some coder will help u this part. I, amatuer without a php code in mind, can only help you in Modify profile template.

(Final solution: chang phrase "Hide age" into "Don't chose that otherwise your acc will be deleted" :p)
