I have encountered this error:

For the same, i am not being able to Log in either as a user, nor as a adminsitrator, Needless to say, the admin section is not working as well.

Wil be highly appreciated, if anyone of you can help me out in the same.

It's a cookie issue.
Which version of vB are you? Did you upgrade from a previous version? Has anything changed since the last time it was working?
