Default Error

Ok I am using APPSERV (mysql and apache) so when I go to http://localhost/ I get this:
There seems to have been a problem with the database.
Please try again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

So I am not sure what I did wrong...
Heres what my config.php looks like:

Recently the updates from appserv have been a little buggy and not everything works as it should. When you set a pass for mysql it doesnt always use there are fixes to be found on there forums but the answer to your problem is likely to be the user and pass
try root as user and nothing (as is in empty ' '; ) for the pass.
If that works I would suggest you go and have a look at how to change the user and pass for mysql on there forums or at the very least make sure mysql is not accessible outside of your network.
