drop down menus fail, but only on multi-page threads or forums.

For some reason the drop down menus for thread tools on our new forum fail, but only on multi-page threads. Is anybody familiar with the changes that occur when thread becomes multi-paged?

I need to get this one ironed out as quickly as possible. If you can offer any insight at all I would greatly appreciate it.

Working Example:
Short thread test (don't post beyond #10) - Forums (Testbed)

It looks like this also happens to the forum tools menus when a thread list goes multi-page.
