Drop-down menu with "others" option (text box)

I would like to create a drop-down menu.
There is an option called "others".
If you select "others", it will provide a text box for you to type something in.

How can I achieve this?

well just view how the other drop down works and do the same

Hey, it just shows the outcome but it doesn't tell how to do.
And it is not a simple drop-down menu. It would like a drop-down menu with the option which allows people to type text if all current options do not fit.

Eg: There is an option called "others".
If you select "others", it will provide a text box for you to type something in.

I can only select the option you provided in your drop-down menu.

What I want is this:

Drop-down menu with open selection:
Job A
Job B
Job C
Others: [................]

When you select Others, the text box will be available for you to type teh text. Otherwise it just acts like a normal drop-down menu.

Does no one know?
