552 Transfer aborted. Disc quota exceeded, when I try to upload a file wich I actually need to run on my ftp. How can I bypass this?

That error message is server generated. It means you've run out of space whilst uploading, something that can't be bypassed.

It might mean the there's a limit on the size of individual files. My isp blocks any 1 file bigger than 50mb for example. I think it's a different error message but it depends on the software.

Check your website for unneeded files and see if you can do some cleaning up. That should help. Your only other option of course is purchasing more disk space.

can I upload a csv file in more than one piece?

csv is plain text. You can split it up with any text editor then upload each part.
