Thumbs down Database error in vBulletin 3.0.7 - Please Help me!

Hallo everybody!

My name is nick and i got a 'big' problem.

sorry, but i don't speak English very good so try to understand me

I just received this message when i tryed to post a new Thread:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
I tryed to replace the newthread.php file. Noting happens.
I tryed to change the Style to a new one. Nothing happens
I tryed to search keywords in the PhpMyAdmin Panel, But i didn't found.

So guys how can i fix it? and more important question is: Where can i fix it? I mean where is the problem?

THX THX and again THX in advance.

(It is very important, because my furum is right now down and my community's users are very nervous. I don't wanna lose them.)
