looks as if you are missing critical vbulletin table on your database.
Have you deleted this table manaully ?

no i dont delete that table

But why the error say aaa3d(my domain).administrator like the aaa3d is a sufix? the tables for my vbulletin DON't have any sufix

the database name is aaa3d but not sufix for vbulletin

so what the name of the table i will create?

one think, you say me add a ROW with master admin user id
but i cant create on administrator table a new row with that name "master admin user id"

i didnt mean add field with any "name" like "master admin user id", just meant fill the user id of the administrator, and even mentioned it's usually "1". i added "master" description since you could have several administrator on that site.

anyway, glad everything works again.
