Default changing .css to .xml

i have a plasma skin for vb3 but its the wrong type and when i asked them to replace it they said no basically :mad:


so i was wondering if it was possible to convert it so it would work with vb3 and what i would need to do instead of getting ripped off and having to pay again

thx inadvance for any help given

You would have to redo it all, i don't belive there is a way to convert it with a script. Just have to recode it all to fit with .XML standerds. Which i might add are very strict when it comes to codeing.

thats ok i got another skin that works with vb3 so i can follow that one, its just i have never worked with .css so i'm finding all the jumble of code confusing vb2 was much easier to recode the .style files

Thats because vB2 used standered HTML, and vB3 uses XML. for example if you did. <IMG SRC="pic.gif" WIDTH="x" HEIGHT="X" BORDER="0"> that wouldn't work in vB3 cause it doesn't follow XML rules. The correct way would be. <img src="pic.gif" width="0" height="0" border="0" /> notice the slash at the end and everything is in lowercase, ;)

thx finally managed to sort it all out now it works with vb3
