Changin the Time

In the postbit and the forum home, I was wondering, how do I get the time to say like 39 minutes ago or 1 day ago instead of the exact time? And the same thing on forum home for the last post.

if you asking what I think your asking this is controlled via the admincp

under Vbulletin options > Date and time options
