Default Big problem with ban option

Info:
vbulletin: 3.6.0 gold
problem: All users are banned and stay banned (but can access the forum)

Alright let me explain. I noticed this by browsing through my admincp and came to the page where you can view youre banned users (don't know the exact name because I use a differnt language) it's a sub of users.

When I went there I saw all my users where banned. So I tried to unban myself. But it put my in the default usergroup. When I used another account to make myself a admin again it gave an error (dublicatie id) so I reloaded the page and I was an admin again.

I have a lot of hacks installed I tried to get them all listed below. So what I like to know is how it is possible that it shows every user, except the ones of the default usergroup (and the other usergroups are not a banned group i double checked)

Hacks:
Activity Modification v2.51
Advanced Warning System (Beta Version)
Hide hack resurrection v2.5.0 (Expanded)
ipInfo -- Extra user IP information
Last XX Threads + Posts In UserCP
Mass PM Members
Moderator Statistics
Module CMPS_ Top Posters
Mood Hack 3.5
Spider Watcher
Top 'X' Stats
Turn settings on-of
vBadvanced cmps 2.2.0
vBShout v2.1
Welcome Panel v1.0
Yet Another Awards System v2.1.2

Plugins:
AdminCP most popular admin index.xml
AdminCP Top 10 Statistic.xml
Hide quick reply to staff in closed threads.xml
Microstats - load times, server loads, queries, uncached templates.xml
Most ever Members & Guests.xml
Realtime Template Compressor - Reduces page sizes, loads pages faster, saves bandwidth.xml
Separate Sticky and Normal Threads.xml
Signature Image Size Limiter.xml
Unalterable Admins can Edit Themselves 1.0.2.xml
Welcomepm.xml

PS
I'm looking for a few hacks but can't find them, maybe someone knows where to find them.
- A hack to view all pm's (from every user)
- A bug tracker

I hope someone can help me, thanks in advance if you try.
