Exclamation attachment prob

hi there, i'm having the attachment prob for the last 8 months, i've updated the forum from version 3.5.4 to 3.6.2 4 dayz b4, still i cant upload ne elements in the forum, its showing me the following msg while i wannna upload:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
dearest coders help me out plz !!!!

i've another 3 forums running perfect hosted by the same server, can nebody tell me how to solve this issue ?

Try switching storage types. It is a server issue.

I believe it's in the vB Manual. If you just go into ACP > Attachments there should be a sub option there to move them.
