ok:
a) change chmod permissions to 777 for now
b) delete the .htacess file in /forums/admincp/
c) reupload all files in the acp folder.
d) hope it works :p

if you go into your ftp client (the thing you used to upload vB) and right click on a folder and then go into properties or chmod and then there should be 3 columns of 3 boxes. Tick every box as well as a box that should say apply to all files and subfolders.

No, well depending how you look at it yes. The no permission error is from the wrong permissions. The first guess would be chmod then if that didn't work htaccess and then reuploading the file because it says it doesn't exist.

the file .htaccess was in outside the forums folder.., as in it's not in the forums/admincp folder.. i have delete it, and reupload the whole admincp folder..

still got the same message...

fYI i before i started receiving this message, the forum works just fine, and then suddenly one day, it started to refused new user... then when i want to add user from the admincp, it said that message. then a couple weeks later the new user registration problem were fixed.. but i still can;t edit the user profiles... so is upgrade it form 3.5.4 to 3.6.0 hoping that it would fix the problem...

any other features works fine, except this...

It could be the illegal nulled board you have messing up. Warez is not supported here.
