Default Argh! PHP Code not working!

Ok, I'll admit, I'm not the greatest PHP Coder, and the fix for this is probably easy.

I'm creating an itemshop hack for my forums that is custom to my forums, however, when someone tries to purchase something, nothing gets updated!

It's killing me!

Here the code I use:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
I've asked at vb.org but I've not gotten any help...
