ajax help

I created a vbulletin page and now I wish to use ajax on this. I set it up with 5 ajax tabs. They work fine but my question is, how can I integrate certain vb default pages within an ajax tab?

For example, I have a prayer request forum. How can I integrate it without the header/footer, just the forum portion?
