the code that i'm talking about for reference:
I wanted the announce to do a !pre in the forum with the new topic release title as subject, so i added: as you can see in the reference too.
My questions:
How can make it forum dependend, so it only does !pre when a topic is posted in forum races for example.

make a code that checks wether or not it is a 0sec forum or not and then in one case make it announce without pre and the other case with pre
