Add Similar Threads at bottom of Posts

I want to add a section called Similar Threads like at some other sites at the bottom of the threads.

Example you have your forms and you read the messages and at the bottom its a section called similar threads and is in every section.

Is this a hack, mod or something that can be enabled by default?

That comes with default vb. I believe it is a forum option.

I wish I knew where
