Senna is and will be the best one for a ling time, due to the heavy competition he had in his days, fighting with other well known champions like Lauda, Prost, ... ;)
The race you mention was in his last year at McLaren before the switch to Williams, think he lapped everyone during the European GP.
Btw, he started out in a Toleman (later taken over and renamed to Benetton and then to Renault) F1 car, before joining Lotus.
