Usersigs.com - i don't own the site but i moderate it i was wondering what you guys think. It has 4ImagesDE Gallery intergration on the main page but there is a forum link up at the top.

I think it's a bad site. The admin just randomly bans people without reason for fun. It's kind of sad to see that happen.

He is to busy paying his server fees
