I always had a problem with this site because it used to claim that it is official vbulletin site and also this site was allowing members to download hacks and modifications prepared by other people. I dont know if it is changed but one thing i know is that you can't use vbulletin in your domain name without Jellsoft's approval.

Anyway right now i can't say anything about the site because it is even not loading.
