I'm not really a fan of dark styles, but yours seems to fit your title . Looks nice, loving the banner's font.

I think it look a bit regular. But it's a nice clean style.

In my Opinion, the Idea of doing a Horror Forum is definitley not bad!

BUT:

You gotta be sure to EULA-approve ur Site (think it's the EULA), if you wanna show Horror Pics like shown of ogrish.com - and put a warning on it..

Design:
Just normal VB Design with changed color's, actually don't like it...
