I like this style, You've implmented the colours very nicely and the orange isn't so dominant like I've seen with orange dark themes so nice work with colour usage on an excellent, visually appealing style.

However, you may want to change the default images because they look terrible against this excellent style and I would also replace the lastpost icon because even colour shifted vbulletin stock images look terribly bad on custom designs.

Threadmarkers should also be changed for something custom though judging by the graphic work this shouldn't be a problem for you.

Good job and nice style with only minor tweaking/replacement images needed.
