Please tell me what i need to change

I once had this site up along time ago and had 10,000 members. I shut it down and started it back up. It's been up for 3 days now and I wanted some idea's on how to improve my board. Please remember the age group that goes to the site is 14-30. Some of the members are older and are advanced hackers, so they like that grunge look. I would appreciate it.
