Photoshop tutorials...

yea i just update my site i was wondering what you guys thought ?

LiKeNotA PrOduCtiOnZ. im currently uploading some video tutorials etc.. but you guys like the layout ? i was getting sick of the vbadvanced forums thing so i just got rid of vbad and used this for main page. vbad really cuts down on what you can do with a site. :nervous: btw these smileys are cool.

I was going to suggest moving this.

Anyway, Looks nice but there seems to be a little breakage on the right hand side. Another little grievenace is that I personally feel the text on the right should have a little padding added on the left of the text to give a little space between the cells.

It's looking okay but it's just too dark if you want an honest opinion. Possibly break the darkness by adding icons or something near the text areas.

Overall nice work.

Edit: Good work on the tutorials btw. I personally hate writing up tutorials but I thought I'd ask that why don't you post a few tutorials here at VBH? We need to teach those coders that there are designers here also. :p

yea photoshop can be pretty confusing to use sometimes. hey thanks for the feedback ill work on it. some things are kind of hard tho.. to do or figure out. i lightened some of oranges and its becoming brighter wow it looks better. thank you.

Likenota it looks nice. Still a bit too dark though (dark=depressing). I do see a lot of potential here. Didn't know that about vbadvanced. Thanks for the info about it

I'll be making some video tutorials just as soon as I finish our next hack (we're rapidly approaching over 2000 installs for our hacks - Whoo-hoo! :p). Let me know what areas of Photoshop you're interested in learning about. Also what version of Photoshop you need it for. I might also be adding PDF files to the tutorials. Just need to know what subjects people are most interested in learning about

nice looking site with some neat GFX used i noticed a few saying too dark but i suppose thats just personal preference. Most sites these days go for the safe old blue look, but it's nice too see something different.

Btw i bookmarked your site as i like too read PS tut's

very grateful. i hope to make a video tutorial soon as to of blindman has been making them all, it really is hard to make a video tut for i have failed many times cuz i really just mess around in photoshop until i get what i want.
