congratz on your new forum. i would suggest you though to update & install recent version (3.6.0 or at least 3.0.15), as version 3.0.7 is too old, and has too many security holes (some XSS vulns are public already - that could lead to some script kiddie defacing your forum...).

Looks ok but you may want to shrink the top logo...

logo is way to big, like rod said,,
and I'd upgrade for sure ;)
your using the default style, I'd modify it, or get a nicer one..
to many empty forums,, start with fewer and add more as needed ;)

use a welcome header mod.
I'd give more suggestions, but I couldn't read anything on the site
