I'm guessing the gals and guys is done dynamically seeing as it is possible to do that. But I don't know about popularity.

As to the Newest Gals- Newest Guys- Most Popular this was custom coded.

Now only if we can get others to notice this site and get some regisitered members people can actually start enjoying it.
