Default Should we add a PHP/MySQL Section?

Dear vBHackers.com members,

Recently someone has requested the adding of a PHP/MySQL section. This forum would be the place to ask any coding questions, aswell as place how-tos, hints&tips, etc. not related to vBulletin.

We're seriously considering adding this forum, but only if its going to be active. If only 1-2 members would actually use that forum its only a waste of forumhome space, really.

Please leave your vote in the attached poll, and if you wish you may add a comment with suggestions/questions/your opinion.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I'll let the poll run until it expires, after that we'll make the decision. If it keeps going like this it'll most likely be a yes though .

it's matter of writing tutorials & guides for the section & maintains it - so just making sure it worth the time involved into it ;)

Maybe a more general programming section? With perl / python / ruby on rails / ajax discussion etc.?

That might be good to expand to, but to start with that's a bit too much imo.

I think once the next database system update is complete, this will fit in nicely. ;) *hint* *hint*
