Welcome back everyone. The forums where off for about 1.5 hours while i updated the install system. Sorry for the down time. Lets get to the fun part. New install system has been updated and installed. Here are the features that they come with.

Features

• When you release a hack, it will show it in the profile. If you havn't released any hacks, then it will not show in the profile. You can link people to your hacks by addind a "#hacks" to the end of your member URL . Example: To see all my hacks that i have released. I would do this. http://www.vbhackers.com/members/ken+iovino/#hacks
  
• In the User Control Panel, you will see a link to show all your installed hacks. I have updated that area and now all the hacks you installed will be spilt into pages. I was tired of seeing a long huge page of 40+ hacks that i clicked installed on.
  
• When you release a hack. You get the following options to show all the users who are viewing your hack.
  
  New Hack (newthread.php)
  • Your Hack Version:
  • vBulletin Version:
  • Do You Agree to support this hack
  • Is Installer Included
  • Additional queries added to database
  • New Templates:
  • Template Edits:
  • File Edits:
  • New Files:
  • New Phrases:
  • Installation Time
  • Online Demo
  
  Edit Your Hack (editpost.php)
  The options listed below will only be avalible when you edit your hack
  • Option to show an important update
  • Option to turn important update on/off
  
  Releasing An Addon Hack
  When you release a Addon hack, you will see the option to add the Hack ID of the hack that your Addon will work with. This option is required and will not let you post your addon unless you enter in that field.
  • You get all the same features as stated above
  • A Field to enter the Hack ID of the hack that your addon will work on.
  • Once you post your addon, a table will show under the orignal hack linking to your addon. This is done so members don't have to search for ever for a simple addon.
• Now there is a area to view all of the users hacks when viewing the thread. Basicly heres how it works. If your viewing my Hack Thread. An option will show saying "More Hacks By LiveWire". This option will only show if the user that your viewing has posted 2 or more hacks. There is no reason for this option if the hack your viewing is the only one he/she has posted right?
  
• All members are allowed to post replies to all hacks. This is done for one main reason. I know alot of people like to read the thread for bugs before installing a hack. So i have made it so you may read, and reply to all hacks.
  
• All member are now able to view screenshots before clicking the install button. You would like to get an idea of what your going to download before you acually download it right?
  
• All members must click the install button if they wish to download the hack. Untill you click the install button, you will see a small error message saying you need to click the install button before downloading.
  
• All guest viewing hacks are shown an error message to register. They can see the post and info, but they are not able to see the downloads, screenshots, and install button
  
• Once you install a hack, there is no uninstalling. So make sure you really want that hack.
  
• Who installed this hack link is only shown to the hack author and all staff members.
  
• To make it easier for you addon coders, there is a "Submit Addon" link on all hack threads that will direct you to the correct newthread page and add the Hack ID into the proper field.
  

Those are all the feature that i can think of right now. I'm sure i missed a few, and when i remember them i will definity add them to the above list and let you guys know.

Bugs
At the moment all known bugs where fixed. This includes the following.

1. When editing an attachment you get error message
2. When moving a hack to another forum the first post is gets deleted
3. When deleting any single post the hack starters post is deleted. (All hacks have been restored)
4. Replying to threads using the newply.php file gave error to install even when installed
5. No error message was shown for attachments when you didn't install
6. No error messages where shown to guest
7. PHP/HTML/CODE blocks where phraseing two slashes (//)
8. All Dates where not shown correctly
9. After editing a hack title, it was not updated on all areas that titles are shown
10. Database error when editing addon hacks due to special characters in post title. (forgot the place the addslashes() function around it)
11. Phrase Error asking to enter the Hack ID when trying to reply to a addon hack. Bug Fixed!

All bugs stated above HAVE BEEN FIXED. At the current moment there are no known bugs. If you happen to see one. Please send me a PM. This includes incorrect spelling, ect. No matter how small it is, its still a bug.

Styles
There are now three styles to choose from. They can be accessed threw the User Control Panel > Edit Options > Forum Style. Synth and x79 are availble from the forum home. If you wish to use vBulletins Default syle for faster speed and brightness. You will need to change this in the USER CP. More styles are in the works. I promise!

Good to hear that from a fellow like yourself. The main reason i even started this system was because you broght it to my attention that members didn't want to click the install button. So that little annoyance you had, escalated to a system that you see above.
