well, at the very begining of this thread , i'd like to say hello to all members of this forum !!!

now little info about my person:

i'm swimming freak , every day i do TYR's Catalyst 4 breakless swimming ( freestyle only ) , i do at least 40 50-meter-pools

u sak why i do it, well, i'm addicted to swimming and i like this addiction
(any kind of practice of some sport at least 3 times a week force your neurons in your very barin to produce endorphines , and so on ...)

besides i like Internet , and in summer time all i do is swimming and surfing in the net !!!
