Default What browser are you using?

Simply out of curiosity: what browser are you using?

I'm currently using Opera and am very sadisfied with it. I just love the mouse gestures, aswell as the all-in-one-window approach (popups, new files, etc all come up in tabs).

I try to use Firefox for most things as I feel more secure using it. I still use IE for a few sites that just don't appear visually correct in FF. (Bad site coding)

I do like the download prompt with FF and the fact you can install plugins.

Never used Opera.. although I do understand it's becoming more popular.. I may have to try it.

Interesting to see that noone has voted IE so far .

As VB said though, I too sometimes use IE for some sites.

Also, does anyone here consider using the new IE 7?

only when I have to

FF all the way ;)

except at work where I have the choice between IE or nothing

and now the funny part:
a few months ago I asked if it was possible to also install FF, they gave me two reasons why not:
-more work for them (one I can understand: two programs, twice the installing of additional programs/certificates)
-they claim that FF is a security risk compared to IE(at least I had a good laugh about it - lol )

Lol @ the security risk ;).

From what I've heard IE 7 is going to be a hell lot safer than IE 6. It's also going to have tab browsing and all that.

There's a number of really nice features it has which all the other browsers don't, one of them being an overview of opened tabs.
