WebHosting question

I love this forum a lot, lovely hacks etc. but i just wanna know if it's possible to use the ftp check hack on this webhost: http://www.valleyhosting.com/hosting_bronze.htm

I read some of you guys use this one, when it's not possible to use the ftp check hack on this webhost, can you tell me wish host allowed it.
